This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Wyper" published by AquaLogic Studio on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use this app.

1. Information We Collect

Wyper does not require account registration and does not collect any personal information. The app works entirely on your device.

Photo & Video Library Access

Wyper requests access to photos and videos stored on your device solely to display them within the app for review and deletion. We do not upload, collect, store, or share your photos or videos with any server or third party. All operations are performed locally on your device.

Specifically, this access is used to:

• Display your photos and videos for review within the app
• Read media metadata (date, file size) to group items by month
• Delete photos and videos you explicitly mark and confirm for deletion

Locally Stored Preferences

• App preferences and session state (stored on-device only)
• No personal data is stored externally

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Wyper does not collect:

• Personal identification information
• Your photos, videos, or media files
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Location data
• Crash reports sent to external servers

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• App interaction and usage data
• Ad performance and engagement data

This data is used solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements and measuring their performance. We do not sell personal data.

5. How We Use Information

• To display your photos for review within the app

• To show storage savings after each session

6. User Choices

You can revoke photo library access at any time via your device settings. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Wyper. On Android: Settings → Apps → Wyper → Permissions. Photos deleted through Wyper are moved to your device's trash/recently deleted folder and may be recoverable for a limited period depending on your device and OS.

7. Children's Privacy

Wyper is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
