These Terms apply to the mobile application "Wyper" developed by AquaLogic Studio. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wyper is a photo gallery management app that helps you review and clean your photo library using simple swipe gestures — swipe right to keep a photo, swipe left to delete it. The app works entirely offline on your device with no account required.

2. General Use

You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and not misuse or interfere with the app. You are solely responsible for reviewing your selections carefully before confirming deletion. We strongly recommend backing up important photos before using Wyper to delete images.

3. Advertisements

Wyper is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree that ads may be displayed. AdMob may collect certain data including device identifiers, approximate location, and app usage data to serve relevant advertisements.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalised Ads (toggle off)
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalisation

4. Photo Deletion

Photos deleted via Wyper are moved to your device's Recently Deleted album and can be recovered within 30 days through the Photos app. After that period, deletion is permanent. AquaLogic Studio is not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from use of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including its design, logo, name, and code, is owned by or licensed to AquaLogic Studio and protected by law.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

AquaLogic Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of photos or data arising from use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
